Worthy Mentor Guidelines

As a Worthy Mentor, we ask that you agree to the following guidelines to create a safe and empowering platform. Failure to do so, may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

I agree to the following Community Guidelines:

• This is not a dating app. I will not pursue or engage in a romantic or sexual relationship with my mentee.

• This is not professional therapy or crisis intervention. I will not handle serious situations with my mentee such as a thoughts of suicide or self-harm.

• I will utilize the provided emergency resources for professional guidance and to report life threatening situations.

• I will maintain a judgment-free environment with my mentee, and I will not discriminate based upon sexuality, gender, pronouns, politics, race, religion, or other criteria.

• I will respect the bandwidth and availability of my mentee to communicate with me, and I will keep our conversations confidential.
