Rachel Campbell
Rachel has worked within the Financial Technology Industry for over 20 years, and most recently within the Government Services Industry. She’s an experienced manager with a passion for workforce management. Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors for TransLaw and for May Is: All About Trans organizations. Rachel’s activism centers on addressing the critical gaps in information, services and visibility of the transgender community and LGBTQ+ community at large. Rachel grew up in Hagerstown, Maryland and received her undergraduate education from the University of Maryland and graduate education from Georgetown University in 2021.
Shane Feldman
Recognized by The White House, Prime Minister of Canada, and United Nations and named one of North America’s Top 40 Under 40 LGBTQ+ Leaders, Shane Feldman helps leading brands optimize team culture, leadership, engagement and retention. Shane is the founder of COUNT ME IN, the world-renowned social entrepreneurship incubator and community of 10.2M people across 104 countries. Started as a small project out of Shane’s high school locker, over the past 14 years COUNT ME IN has launched more than 30,000 ventures worldwide, contributing a value of over $2.6 billion to the global economy through service. Shane has been featured by Larry King, Dr. Oz, Forbes, People Magazine, and he is the subject of a documentary TV series from A&E. He has worked with some of the world's most dynamic companies including Google, Microsoft, and Disney.
Wes Pyron
Wes is the Director of Major Gifts Strategy at the Environmental Working Group, a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment. Wes has worked in nonprofits and donor-advisor firms for nearly ten years including at the Center for American Progress, Corridor Partners, and, most recently, Whitman-Walker Foundation. A Pennsylvania native, Wes graduated from Bucknell University in 2012 majoring in International Relations and Spanish before moving to Washington, DC where he currently lives with his partner Noah and dog Zin.
Ally Spaulding
Ally has worked with the LGBTQ+ community for over a decade. Most recently she ran A League of Her Own (ALOHO), one of 21 lesbian/queer bars left in the United States. At ALOHO she worked with global partners such as Showtime, Hinge, The Lesbian Bar Project, and Jägermeister on empowering LGBTQ+ campaigns. Ally has spoken at the Library of Congress about the gender pay gap, LGBT+ safe spaces, and how social media affects the LGBT+ community, and she has also worked abroad on LGBTQ+ issues with Stonewall UK. Ally holds a Master's Degree in Gender and Women's Studies from Hollins University and has been performing as a drag queen for over five years.
Brad Allen
Brad is a Professional Staff Member for the Committee on Appropriations – Subcommittee on Military Construction & Veterans Affairs in the U.S. House of Representatives. He currently oversees all annual funding for military construction in Department of Defense appropriations. Brad is instrumental in driving legislative policy, performing budget analysis, conducting oversight, drafting and managing bills, and working across party lines with Congressional Members, Federal agencies, and personal office staff. A 2014 undergraduate of the University of Kentucky, he will receive his master’s degree from the U.S. Naval War College in June ‘22. Brad is a native of Richmond, Kentucky and currently works and lives in Washington, D.C. In his free time, Brad is a committed supporter of the LGBTQ+ community, volunteering locally with groups such as Stonewall, SMYAL, and the Wanda Alston Foundation.
Clem Auyeung
Clem designs digital services and products for government agencies. At Intellibridge, he combines content, data, and customer research to create more user-friendly and inclusive experiences for everyday Americans. Over the years, he has helped organize various events including World Usability Day, User Experience Professional Association meetups, and the first TEDxMinneapolis. Through his 7+ years in tech, he has developed his passion for increasing the diversity of people who work in tech. Outside of work, he is passionately involved in the LGBTQ+ community through Stonewall sports and is an avid cook.
